The cabin is 600sqft & has a bunk area, wood stove, LP heater, space for that late night card game while watching your favorite sports event or movie. Enjoy a good ‘ol relaxing morning of sipping on a hot cup of coffee, under the 10×13 covered patio, even if it’s raining. The 5″ well has a diverter to separately control water to the pole barn and/or yard hydrant. The 28×40 pole building has an 18’ overhead door, built to fit most camper trailers and the siding just completed May 2024. A 200-amp electrical service was trenched to the pole barn which feeds 100 amps to the cabin. There is an outdoor shower and outhouse for those extended stays. Now let’s get to the property. The land is wooded with beautiful rolling hills with tree stands and deer blinds located in multiple locations. Trails have been maintained through the woods also in close proximity to the perimeter. An area has been cleared for a septic system, if someone wants to add it. A select cut process was completed approx. 8-10 yrs ago, and could be considered to be done again. Tri County provides fiber optic internet service for those days of working from the convenience of your cabin. A 250 lb propane tank from GPS services the heater inside the cabin.
